We wanted to spotlight one of our newest sales associations, Coby Cobb. Coby was raised in Denton but has deep roots in Wise County. Get to know a little more about Coby with our Q/A.

Q: What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
A: I really enjoy helping work our family land and cattle when I have the chance. I find it very peaceful and relaxing. Also at night, when the home is relaxed, I enjoy playing a game or two of Madden or MLB the Show on PS4. I’m pretty good…

Q: When was your start date?
A: This is my second opportunity to be able to work with James Wood Motors. My first start date was September 2016. I was away for a little time and able to return March 2018.

Q: How do you define success?
A: Success is measured on many things. To me, success is being happy with what I do everyday. While also fulfilling and meeting my daily, weekly, and monthly goals. All while providing my family a love, stable home environment.

Q: What do you find the most challenging about working at James Wood Motors?
A: Staying up-to-date with all the latest vehicle technology.

Q: Where is your hometown?
A: My childhood home was in Keller, Tx. I was also raised and have lived in Denton and North Richland Hills. I have family roots right here in Decatur, where both my parents were raised and my grandparents have always lived in Decatur.

Q: Tell us a little bit about your family?
A: I live in Bridgeport. I am married to my beautiful wife, Jennifer, now for a little over 9 years. Together we have a beautiful 8 year old daughter. I am also blessed with 3 awesome stepchildren. We have a full house and are always on the go.

Q: What have you gained from working at James Wood Motors?
A: A great career that I enjoy coming to everyday. Also the friendships with coworkers because it is very much a family environment here at the dealership. Last but not least, all the wonderful friendships I have made with many customers that I have had the privilege of working with.
