Hyundai has recognized James Wood Hyundai in Decatur as the automaker’s 2016 National, Regional and District Leader at pleasing service customers. The Decatur dealership also won the National Title in 2014 and was runner-up in 2015. Hyundai has 806 dealerships in the United States.

“James Wood employees have made an amazing team effort to build a relationship with their customers and the response has been phenomenal,” said Hyundai Executive Brian Dorn. The award is based on random surveys of service customers conducted by Hyundai. Dealers have no input as to customers being contacted.
